The Wilmington Urban Area MPO’s 2026-2035 State/MPO Transportation Improvement Program is now available. You can view the document here, or stop by our office at 525 N. Fourth Street, in downtown Wilmington, to review a printed copy.

As outlined in our Public Participation Plan, a 30-day public comment period is provided to ensure meaningful public involvement. The comment period is open from June 25 through 5 p.m. ET on July 25, 2025.
