Public Input Now Open for Cape Fear Navigating Change 2050 Plan

The Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (WMPO) is seeking public input on the daft Cape Fear Navigating Change 2050 plan, which will guide transportation projects across the region for the next 25 years. This 30-day public comment period is part of Phase II of outreach and includes a variety of in-person and virtual opportunities to share feedback.

The draft plan outlines key projects, policies, and strategies designed to guide future investments in roads, public transit, biking and walking, freight, aviation, and ferry and water transportation for New Hanover County and parts of Brunswick and Pender Counties.
