This project will construct a multi-lane facility on new location as an alternate and parallel route to US17 between Porters Neck and north of Hampstead.

The first section (R-3300A) would extend from the US17 Wilmington Bypass to NC210. The anticipated let date for this section is FY2027.

The second section (R-3300B) would extend from NC210 to north of Hampstead. The anticipated let date for this section is FY2022.
