An electronic meeting of the Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wilmington Convention Center, 10 Convention Center Drive, Wilmington, North Carolina. The room is located at the corner of N. 4th and Chestnut Streets in downtown Wilmington. The address is 320 Chestnut Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. Due to COVID-19, the meeting is being conducted remotely.

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a remote meeting conducted pursuant to Section 4.31 of SB 704 (S.L. 2020-3). The public voicemails will be played aloud and the public comment e-mails will be read aloud by a staff member during the meeting. Per
the adopted Public Participation Plan, public comments shall be limited to 3 minutes.

The Board is comprised of elected officials from local governments in the Wilmington area and the NC Board of Transportation.
